Hasan was an employee of Deliverables. He signed up for the app after moving Cardiff, having previously lived in Bangladesh and studied engineering. Every day, he had to visit a café to buy a coffee and deliver parcels full of ash to a number of buildings.
Tyler Steele approached Hasan several times before joining him on his daily routine, attempting to kiss him before Hasan pulled away and ran off. Because of Tyler's distractions, Hasan was demoted by human resources, but he approached Tyler and initiated sex. Having worked for Deliverables for almost twelve weeks, Hasan was burnt to death.
