Havuri-sss-Cazcim was made the Grand Vizier of his planet by the Master.
Havuri-sss-Cazcim and the Master had entered into a partnership while the Master was seeking to reunite the shards of the Godhead with the Thought Core. Something went wrong and Havuri-sss-Cazcim's planet was destroyed. Havuri-sss-Cazcim cursed the Master as his planet exploded. (PROSE: The Duke of Dominoes)
