Heathcote was an engineer aboard the SS Ferdinand Magellan. He was on the surface of T19 when a storm occurred. He helped to distinguish the what was causing the First Doctor's illness and analysis the nanocytes to cure the Doctor. (AUDIO: An Ideal World)
