Major Hector Taylor was the military leader of a human colony world. He was concerned about the Fifth Doctor and thought he was sent by Ballentyne. He created the Exotron, an active human mind in a robot body which was connected to Hector via a telepathic network. Because of the Doctor's actions, he lost control of the network and stopped the project. (AUDIO: Exotron)
