High Earl of the Imperial House was a title bestowed upon the Doctor on Draconia. (PROSE: Catastrophea) It was conferred on him by the fifteenth Draconian Emperor in honour of the Doctor's service during a time of need, helping the Draconians fight a great plague from outer space, (TV: Frontier in Space) during his second incarnation. Five hundred years later, the Third Doctor made claim to his title in order to assert himself as a noble in his plea to another Emperor. (TV: Frontier in Space)
