The High Vectors were a powerful ancient force. The High Vectors participated in the Last Great Time War, fighting against the Daleks, but also against the Time Lords. (AUDIO: The Players) The High Vectors captured The Master and the Doctor and intended put them on trial, however the High Vectors were instead erased from time and space by The Master before they could stand trial.
