The Highland Fling was a dance that, according to Jamie McCrimmon, was finished by "flinging" oneself out the door.
Jamie performed the dance when he happened on a group of dancers on a human colony. Later, he, the Second Doctor, Ben Jackson and Polly Wright performed the dance as a way to escape the grateful colonists. (TV: The Macra Terror)
