Major Hiraki was a Unified Intelligence Taskforce major who greeted the Eleventh Doctor when he came on Martha Jones' call in 2011.
She had a daughter, Takara, who was taken over by Axos, becoming an Axon. Hiraki and Amy Pond were captured by the Axons but later freed by Chiyoko.
She later helped the Doctor and Amy defeat Axos, and she was reunited with her daughter, whom she sent to the girl's father's house to keep her out of future danger. (COMIC: The Golden Ones)
