Hisk was a city on a human colony which controlled its population through a technology called Limbus, where all its citizens were obliged to enter a shared dream. The First Doctor, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright and Vicki Pallister visited the city in the 25th century and helped to put an end to the tyranny. (AUDIO: The Sleeping City)
