Hoopoe was a planet home to a race of birds. Cats and mice also lived on the planet. It was a crime to walk on the planet's surface, which was punishable by being eaten. When Clara Oswald was accused of this crime, the Twelfth Doctor saved her by distracting the birds with a tin of tuna, and then escaped to the planet's surface. (COMIC: The Court of Birds)
