Hoskins
In a parallel universe, Hoskins was a submariner with a small submersible he used for smuggling named the Neptune. In 2066, he took the Doctor to the DEEP. He was annoyed at Eric Vollmer poisoning the fish stocks since his own father had lost his business because of it and some people lost their lives, and he reacted incredulously when Vollmer's daughter Ruth accidentally let it slip when she met the Doctor to once more persuade him to let her come with them down to the DEEP.
The Doctor had been trying to find a submariner willing to take him back down to the DEEP to destroy the genetic experiments that had been taking place for the military and to recover his TARDIS, but each one refused to take him down, but Hoskin's agreed and accepted his bribe, but in the DEEP Hoskins planned to steal files to sell to the media. He was later torn apart by General Flint who had survived in a mutated form for 27 years. (AUDIO: Full Fathom Five)
