Has anyone noticed that there are frequent references to Fairytales, Myths and Little Red Riding Hood?

  • The Eleventh Hour: Young Amelia wearing red hooded top and the Doctor saying her name was like a fairytale. Also, Prisoner Zero has big teeth. Also, all that food!
  • The Beast Below: The Winders, which are half human half smiler, wear hoods. Again, when the doctor and Amy get sucked in to the beast's mouth, he looks at its teeth and they are big.
  • Victory of the Daleks: The best thing I've found is that Edwin Bracewell's memories were just myths in some aspects.
  • The Time of Angels: The 'Forest' of the Dead!
  • Flesh and Stone: "Ha! That's just a fairytale..."
  • Vampires of Venice: Vampires have big teeth.
  • Amy's Choice: Old grannies!
  • The Hungry Earth: Not sure, but if I know my fairytales little red riding hood kind of got kidnapped by the wolf and Amy got kidnapped by the Silurians.

Perhaps Prisoner Zero is the wolf and Amy is little red riding hood? 212.159.18.224 11:26, May 23, 2010 (UTC)
