I was wondering what effects these cracks will have on Davros if the Dalek invasion is indeed gone then is Davros still in the war eaten up by the nightmare child. Or is just that Caan rescued him and he now never made the new daleks. Whatever the case Steven Moffat will have to adress the issue in the final which means we may see Davros. Or at least he will be mentioned, also is the battle of canary wharf gone, just because Amy dosen't know about the Daleks dosen't mean it is gone as Martha jones didn't know about the Daleks either in Smith and Jones, so I am not sure if its vanished too. Furthermore how is Martha Jack and everybody gonna react when presumbly they still remember the Daleks but if they mention them no one is gonna know what they are talking about you would think Martha would phone the doctor and tell him about that. Is Rose gonna be in the alternate earth is Donna healthy it is alot to take in. Though time travellers are more immune to changes than everybody else surely however there does have to be a point when even they are affected by them. Do you think Davros will be in the final or do you think Steven Moffat will just sort not really draw attention to Davros and just lump him in there with all the other changes in history, and when it gets fixed he will just go back, that is if time gets fixed, though I personally think it will. The crack removed people, too. It could have very well removed Davros and Dalek Caan, stopping the invasion from happening. You're looking far too deep into things. From Cold Blood, we can conclude that when events are removed, it will indeed affect people who time traveler. It won't affect their life, but because the event never happened, their memories will no longer contain the memory of the event because it never happened, unless they are strong enough to keep the memories. The companions involved in the events most likely have all forgoten it with it being removed (as Amy forgot Rory when he was erased from ever being), without affecting the consequences it had on their lives (such as, despite being erased, the engagment ring is still there). Canary Wharf was covered up by the government.
As for all the companions and other time travelers, based on what we learned in FaS, anyone who was already a time traveler before Journey's End could still remember what happened. I don't think there's really any limit; the old timeline still exists, and they're still connected to it--that is, Journey's End is in their past, even if it's not in the past for the rest of the world. (Go dig up my post on metatime if you want to know my theory on how that could work....)
As for whether they _do_ remember, that's apparently (from CB) another question, but not many humans are likely to be traumatized by the idea of a world without Davros and his Daleks, so I think they will.
So:
  • Rose is still off with Meta-Crisis 10 in Pete's World growing a new TARDIS.
  • Jack and Martha already remember all kinds of things nobody else does, and they've both been a major part of the coverup that makes sure nobody else finds out. They'll be a bit puzzled that even high UNIT muckety-mucks don't seem to know about this one, but that probably won't cause enough cognitive dissonance to make them forget. Anyway, Jack will probably find out the truth the next time he meets the Doctor, and then he can tell Martha.
  • Donna is still half-Time Lord, and she already didn't remember what happened anyway.
  • Wilf doesn't know that Donna is half-Time Lord, but he presumably knows (from TEoT) that there's some reason he can't let her find out about the Doctor, and it must have something to do with their travels together.
  • The handful of Daleks who somehow got lost and fell back through time to 1941 London still did that.
Meanwhile, I suppose if everything that fell into the cracks is in the finale, Davros should be there. But if you look at the leaked cast lists, no one's credited as Davros; we just have Nick Briggs doing Dalek voice(s). My suspicion is that we're not going to see everything and everyone that got erased. Probably a few Cybusmen but no CyberKing, a few Daleks but no Davros, etc. But that's just a guess. --Falcotron 19:39, May 29, 2010 (UTC)
