Howling:How do we know our facts will stay correct?

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

So...she's not the real Amelia. Fair enough. But, the problem is, as far as Amelia Pond's article goes, all the versions before The Almost People aired were taken as fact. Before any of that, the article was believed to be correct, because we didn't know any better. Only now do we find out that it's actually a clone. So, how, in future, do we know that anything we say in an article, that as far as the world knows is correct, is actually correct?

It is this wiki's job to provide an as in-depth information about everything Who-related. If that's so, we check our sources, but what about what's going to happen? How do know everything we say will stay true?
