Howling:People Who Fall Into Cracks Become Silence?

Isn't it weird how both Silents and Crack victims are forgotten?
I have a theory about what happens to people who fall into cracks and will show it here to see if it works out. Could the people who fall into Cracks become Silents? It seemed weird at first but the more I considered it the more it made sense. Firstly, the fact that the Silents can be forgotten is similar to how victims of Cracks were forgotten. It would make sense for the Silents to be Crack victims because nobody remembers them, either. We also know that sometimes people CAN remember Crack victims, if they are time-travellers. By the end of "Day of the Moon" we saw that the Doctor and his companions were pretty much immune to the Silence memory power, which mirrors that time-travellers were partially immune to the Crack victims forgetting ability, we know this is possible because Amy kept sub-conciously rembering Rory.
It would make sense for the Silents to create the Cracks, too, as they needed to close the paradox. If they never created the Cracks, they never became Silents, so they were forced to blow up the TARDIS to ensure this happened.
It was also mentioned that if people encountered something that was to do with a Crack victim, they would be overcome with emotions, and not know why. The Silent memory erasure had a similar effect on Amy, who had once lost somebody to one of the Cracks.
It's a minor point, but the name "Silents" would also fit the motif of somebody who has been erased from time itself.

Apart from the memory thing, the Silence and the cracks have nothing in common. You might as well say that Torchwood is related to the Silence because they use retcon. The cracks erase people from history, causing them to be forgotten. The Silence rewrite peoples' memories so that they forget them. There is just really no good reason that, after being erased from time, people came back into existance as giant creepy looking aliens.Icecreamdif talk to me 21:29, January 19, 2012 (UTC)
