How does The Trickster exactly appear in Love and War. I'm curious because it was published before The Trcikster appeared in The Sarah Jane Adventures, so I'm curious if it was was confirmed he was The Trcikster, or if he was maby meanr to be the Black Guardian or Death

The Trickster is named as 'The Trickster' in Love and War. On page 38 Jan says he worships the 'god of randomness' - the Trickster. Which is a pretty good definition of The Trickster. --Tangerineduel 14:06, October 9, 2009 (UTC)

Another question, in The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith, the Doctor refers to defeating his shadows and changelings. By shadows, he may mean The Shadow, an agent of the Black Guardian, implying that the the Trickster is the Black Guardian. By changelings, he may be referring to the Graske's Changelings, this would make sense as Krislok is a Graske and agent of the Trickster, so maybe this means that the entire of Griffoth is in fact pledged to the Trickster, so that the events of Attack of the Graske and Music of the Spheres was in fact plotted by the Trickster. If this is true, it would contradict with the fact that the Doctor states he is part of the Pantheon of Discord. This of course may be an organisation the Trcikster joined on top of being a Guardian of Time, but the Doctor seems to refer to it as being his species. He may also be an Old One seeing as he existed before the universe. This could refer to either the Pre-Universe, Calabi-Yau Space, Time Vortex or The Void. Bigredrabbit 22:23, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

By changelings and shadows he means The Tricksters Brigade - for instance The chinese woman from turn left and that beetle which is by the way still on Donna's back.

Maybe the Midnight Entity could be the Trickster 91.106.52.18 19:06, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

Doubt it. I'm A Hydroponic Tomato! Bigredrabbit 01:08, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

Another thing, Toby Silverman in The Eternity Trap, makes a reference to a faceless ghost. Maybe this is the Trickster? Though I know the Trickster won't reappear in Series 3, but maybe Series 4. I think Toby will become a recurring character like Professor Rivers and maybe he'll meet the Trickster in Series 4. I'm A Hydroponic Tomato! Bigredrabbit 01:08, November 14, 2009 (UTC)

You do realise, the Trickster already has appeared in series 3? Delton Menace 06:08, July 30, 2010 (UTC)

He said, '...reappear...' Dragonfree OVER 4,500 Animal Crossing Wiki EDITS 11:21, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
To be fair, reappear can be taken in both senses at that point, since he had already appeared in SJA before. It was an ambiguous phrase. --The Thirteenth Doctor 12:43, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
