There was once a human soldier within the Vault who was killed by a Robot Yeti.

After the London Event, many soldiers killed were brought to the Vault, as they were covered webs from the attack. However, their families had been told that they had been buried conventionally. (PROSE: Beast of Fang Rock) By 2011, one of the bodies remained within the vault's morturary, and due to it having being ravaged by a yeti, was unsuitable for Cyberon to use as its host.
