Ian Liston (4 August 1948[1]-1 October 2016[2]) played 'Hero' in the Doctor Who television story The Armageddon Factor. He also provided the uncredited voices of a pilot and damage control in the same story. (DWM 223)

His most famous role was as Wedge's gunner in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.
