The Infernal Regions, sometimes mistaken for Hell, was a reality consisting of bubbles of reality in endless rock. It was one of Station Control's known multiverses, being referred to as a "multiverse" due to being one of the multiple realities. (PROSE: The Infernal Nexus)
Jason Kane wound up there after being stranded by the All-High Gods following their failed attempt to take over Dellah and the rest of the galaxy.
