The Infernal Regions existed in an alternate universe. Jason Kane wound up there after being stranded by the All-High Gods following their failed attempt to take over Dellah and the rest of the galaxy. (PROSE: Twilight of the Gods, The Door into Bedlam) He finally escaped back to his home universe when Bernice Summerfield found him at Station Control. (PROSE: The Infernal Nexus)
