Interrogation chair

The interrogation chair was a restraining device which was part of the fixtures of Torchwood Three between the era of Emily Holroyd in the 1890s and at least the early 21st century.
The chair had thick leather ankle and neck restraints, which - over the years - were replaced several times.
Jack Harkness and Ianto Jones used the interrogation chair to restrain Mildred in 2009. They later transferred Trystan Thomas into the chair. (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
