"Isobel" was an alien possessing a human who was interested in a strange tower block. She wanted to find Arkallax. She helped the Seventh Doctor and Ruck. She scanned Ruck to find out why he wasn't affected by the zombie. She came from Aslinia and told him about the war with the Jalfreeth. She went to find the equipment Arkallax used to keep alive.
