J. Gray, also known as Agent 128512, worked for the Universal Secret Service in 2065.
They wrote to Twenty One to answer a question asked by Agent Derek Connell some weeks prior concerning Lady Penelope's identity. Gray stated that she was currently a reporter for TV 21 but speculated that it wouldn't last long as they had found out "by secret detection" that she had applied for a job as a part owner of an emergency rescue service. Gray also commended the coverage of the rising Dalek threat, noting that a headline had recently been produced which focused on it. (PROSE: J. Gray)
