Jacinta was a friend of Jackie Tyler. On 5 March 2005, Jackie visited Jacinta, who made her a cappuccino with her new frother as she wanted to show it off. Afterwards, Jackie felt somewhat nasal and assumed she had developed an allergy to milk.
