Jack Farrel was an industrialist. (PROSE: Captain Scarlet in Death Crash!)
In either 2066 (COMIC: The Archives of Phryne) or the 2080s, he was the intended victim of a forest fire started by his business partner Sam Lincoln. (PROSE: Captain Black Surrenders) The blaze ultimately proved too tough for Canada's emergency services, though International Rescue eventually came to Farrel's aid. (PROSE: Captain Scarlet in Death Crash!)
