Jack Howe

Jack Howe was a human graverobber.
The Zygon Balaak, impersonating Nathaniel Seers, paid him and his partner Albert Rudge to dig up corpses to be used to feed the Zygons' Skarasens.
After breaking into Seers' factory at night, he killed a Zygon that had killed Albert. This allowed for George Litefoot, who the deceased Zygon had taken the form of, to escape the Zygons' ship. Later, he and some of his compatriots burned down Seers' factory. After that, a Skarasen was sent to his home and killed him. (PROSE: The Bodysnatchers)
