Jade and her sister Alesha stayed in a sharehouse in Cardiff. Jade and Alesha were friendly toward Emma-Louise during her stay in the sharehouse with Diane. They offered her a drink, and talked to her about their families, feeling empathetic toward her when she mentioned her dead parents. (TV: Out of Time)
