Jexie (Coda - The Final Chapter)

Jexie was a ram that kept by the War Doctor in his TARDIS boot cupboard. It was there as part of the Doctor's defence plan against Time rams. When the Fugitive Doctor initiate one it was transmatted into the Fugitive Doctor's TARDIS console room. She then took it with her and gave it to Vienna Salvatori after she locked away the War Doctor. After time reset, the War Doctor conversed with it at Vienna's bar, who gave it the name Jexie, presumably after her former travelling companion and friend Jexie Reagan.
