Jill Helright

Jillian Helright, usually known as Jill, was a powerful telepath who was taken to the Refuge on Iwa. There, she formed a close bond with the zookeeper Olmec. When she was aged 12, the facility was attacked by what her fellow humans termed "foxes", Olmec was severely injured, and Jill was placed in a dream chamber, where she created a dream world.

Jill could create animals and objects in her dream world, and even drew people from other dream chambers into her world. One of those people was Susan, whom she had a brief friendship with. Creating this world drew a lot of power, however, and the dream datacore fought back, causing the physical features of the people there to fray.

The First Doctor arrived in the dream world to save Susan, and while he was there he helped Jill to separate her dream world from the datacore. Jill continued to live in the world after this, and Susan thought she'd be happy there, without the datacore trying to silence her, and with Jill herself much calmer and happier with Olmec.
