In March, 2006, following the London UFO crash, (TV: Aliens of London [+]Loading...["Aliens of London (TV story)"], World War Three [+]Loading...["World War Three (TV story)"]) Joe smith reported to the conspiracy website Who is Doctor Who? that he was walking past Downing Street when he saw a blue light in the window.
