Joggon was an ambassador from a Borax corporation. He was concerned with what was going on in the Gigamarket. He asked Keelor to sabotage the time engines of Gigamarket so that the shares would plummet and be vulnerable to a take-over. (AUDIO: The Greatest Shop in the Galaxy)
