Johnny Franzetta was a character in Colin Skinner's novel, involving a ghost train which he read to his friends at LINDA. At some stage, Franzetta was confronted by a character who announced "That's the last time you ride the Ghost Train, Johnny Franzetta, now say your prayers!" The shooting script for Love & Monsters features an extension of the reading which was trimmed for the finished episode.[1]
