Jonni Halburton
Jonni Halburton was an extremist member of Friends of the Ood. While FOTO was more or less disbanded after the Ood were freed from slavery (COMIC: Time of the Ood) by the Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble in 4126, (TV: Planet of the Ood) Halburton had difficulty dropping the cause, becoming the "last friend standing".
Halburton became head of maintenance at the Devil's Eye: the location of the final 15 slave Ood. Using this position, she planted a psychic algorithm within the Ood telepathic field monitors which put the Ood into a red-eye state. When the Eleventh Doctor and Alice Obiefune came onboard the Devil's Eye shortly after the Ood began getting aggressive, Halburton teleported them to the maintenance room of the ship so that they couldn't save the passengers from the Ood. Halburton told the Doctor and Alice what she had done with the Ood. When Halburton threatened the Doctor and Alice at gunpoint, three Ood approached her from behind and electrocuted her with their translation spheres. (COMIC: Time of the Ood)
