Julie Jones was a member of Cardiff City Council and a candidate for Lord Mayor after Roy Llewellyn's death in March 2005. Helen Evans did not especially like her. She was beheaded by Barry Jackson's creature whilst in the toilets of a Chinese buffet and was found by Yvonne Hartman, who was on the phone to her when she was attacked. (AUDIO: One Rule)
