Jyoti Cutler was an astronaut. She was a payload specialist, and met the Sixth Doctor and Flip Jackson on 28 May 2071. She wanted to create a film about the Salvage 2. She was thrown out of space station when it was hit. She was able to return to the Space station using the Doctor's manipulation of the satellites and Flip's knowledge of momentum. She later helped the Doctor to rescue Flip from the Scavenger. (AUDIO: Scavenger)
