KaaDok

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

The KaaDok were a humanoid rodent species capable of time travel that hailed from the world KaaDok Major. They were great fans of human television and film, having intercepted transmissions from Earth. Having nothing like this on their world, they began to intercept more and more transmissions and became fascinated with Earthly entertainment. Eventually, the KaaDoks created a museum of android wax replicas of human celebrities and sent their people to secretly scan brainwave patterns to upload to the androids, creating perfect walking, talking replicas. These androids included Audrey Hepburn, Mae West, John Wayne, Oliver Hardy, and Gene Kelly. Alan Rickman, Benedict Cumberbatch, Zoe Ball, Tom Selleck, Judy Garland, Bono, and Jimmy Krankie were scanned, but the imprint of their minds onto the androids was unsuccessful due to technological limitations.

The Thirteenth Doctor, alongside her companions Ryan Sinclair, Yasmin Khan, and Graham O'Brien, encountered the young KaaDok PhiLit on the set of Breakfast at Tiffany's. PhiLit was on a mission to scan Audrey Hepburn for their museum. His superior, AaRee, cruelly employed children such as PhiLit for the mission and devised to abandon the failed androids on Earth, with no regard to the dangers of leaving such anachronistic technology on the planet.
