The Kaark Supremo was the leader of the Kaarks on Rhoos.
When the First Doctor and his companions arrived on Rhoos, they taken by Ff'ni to the Kaark Supremo, who offered to help them recover his TARDIS, which had been taken by Fo. After learning how Fo had been terrorising their world, the Doctor agreed to lead a mission into Fo's lair. Impressed with his courage, the Supremo assigned Ff'ni to accompany the Doctor.
