Kapteyn 5 was a planet home to more than sixty sentient species, including butterfly-people (PROSE: Return of the Living Dad) and avian messengers. (PROSE: The Room With No Doors) It was conquered by the Caxtarids, who wiped out four of the sentient species, made deals with another four, and enslaved the rest.
