The Kareem chief was head of the Kareem force that attacked the Library. The chief, like all of his organisation, believed knowledge was evil, and he would often go into rants and he made threats. Whenever he encountered knowledge, such as books, he would react irrationally. (AUDIO: The Library in the Body)
