Kasnegar

Kasnegar was the architect of a new Capitol building. She was a lecturer at the Prydonian Academy during the First Doctor's time at the academy and later when the Fifth Doctor visited as president. The Doctor stole her TARDIS to stop a paradox but mostly destroyed it. (AUDIO: Time in Office)
