The Ke Chedani were a species of teddy bear-like creatures from the rim of the People's galaxy.
The Ke Chedani were an insatiably curious species. As of 2594, they were a spacefaring species. They had also discovered Ikkaban artefacts and were attempting to learn new technology from it. Though mathematically capable of using the Ikkaban principles of time travel, they didn't have the technology to produce the energy. It was believed by the People that they would develop time travel before 3500. (PROSE: Walking to Babylon)
