Kembel Faction
The Kembel Faction was a faction of Daleks based on the planet Kembel in 4500 during the Dalek-Movellan War. The faction was led by a Supreme Dalek, itself a servant of the Dalek Emperor, and were dedicated to regaining lost Dalek knowledge in time travel. Intrical to the "Kembel Project" was the Kembel Faction Analyst. (AUDIO: The Triumph of Davros)

During the Dalek-Movellan War the Kembel faction sought to advance knowledge of Dalek time travel, succeeding in recreating a Dalek time machine. They utilised a time bubble to send a Dalek back in time to assassinate the First Movellan; (AUDIO: The Triumph of Davros) however, it only succeeded in destroying the Space Security Service's time machine. After the Movellan prime ship landed on Kembel, the Kembel faction emerged from hiding in their underground base and captured Anya Kingdom and Colonel Keelan, who had crash-landed on Kembel with the Tenth Doctor and Davros, whom the Movellans had captured. To save them from extermination Anya offered to help the Daleks (AUDIO: The Dalek Defence) and they were instructed them to infiltrate the Movellan rocket, supplied with Movellan uniforms and attached with bombs. When they were discovered and thrown out along with the Doctor, the Supreme defused the explosives and had them captured again.
When Davros used the pathweb to attempt to form an alliance between the Daleks and Movellans against Earth, the Supreme had the transmission suppressed and worked with the Doctor to devise a plan to attack the Movellans. The Supreme and Anya went to meet Davros to agree to the alliance whilst the Doctor led a group of Daleks through the rocket's rear. The Doctor betrayed the Daleks he was leading, trapping them with a Movellan forcefield, whilst the Supreme and his retinue were rendered defenceless by a countermeasure Davros had taken to disable their weaponry.
After Davros proved his true loyalties by using a handshake to infect the First Movellan with a virus, affecting all Movellans, the Daleks took Davros off the rocket and came under attack from the Earth Protection Corps, whom Keelan had summoned. The millions of Earth forces overwhelmed the Daleks on Kembel, recapturing Davros. The Doctor and Anya conspired to steal the Kembel faction's time machine but were pursued by the Supreme, forcing Anya to stay behind to kill it to ensure the Doctor's safe departure in the time machine.
