Kendrick was a human who found Susan Foreman on Rua. He had never needed medical attention in his life, which was why he'd been recruited for a mission to take out the criminal known as "the Butcher", who could hack the nanomachines which lay dormant in the bodies of other humans on the planet. When he found Rua, he killed the Butcher, despite the fact Susan had begun to negotiate with him. (AUDIO: The Sleeping Blood)
