Kestorian was the king of Industry. He was the father of Zanith. He questioned the Eighth Doctor about his actions. He wanted to downsize the Doctor, and then employed him as an advisor. He was glad of the Doctor's actions and wanted a revolution to come. (AUDIO: Time Works)
