Kevin was a bus driver in Sheffield. He was a friend of Graham O'Brien, former bus driver.
After Graham inquired at a bus stop about strange occurrences in the area, to help the Thirteenth Doctor, "Kevin the bus driver" located a gathering coil, and phoned Graham to tell him. The Doctor was grateful for Kevin's "location intel". (TV: The Woman Who Fell to Earth)
