Kindly villager (The Doctor of War)

A "kindly village" thanked the War Doctor for saving their village from the ravages of the Last Great Time War, and asked him for his name. Frustratingly, the War Doctor refused to give it. The villager was able to piece together that he was the Doctor, but this only prompted them to ask the Doctor what their original name was, which they wouldn't say either.
