Brigadeführer Kraus was a Nazi SS officer. He became known as the Butcher of Krakow for part in Germany's campaign in Poland in September 1939.
He was sent by Heinrich Himmler to report on the progress of the Cybermen being studied in Jersey. When they were activated later, he was killed in the crossfire. (PROSE: Illegal Alien)
