Captain Krogh was an inhabitant of Sylvaniar. He helped provide security for a castle of scientists. Krogh and the Sixth Doctor and Dr Kravaal discovered Dr Sovak's laboratory where he was working on Cybermen. (COMIC: Revelation!, Genesis!)
