Lady Penelope (comic story)
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
Lady Penelope was the only title given for the five-part Thunderbirds comic printed in the magazine of the same name across February and March of 1968.
This story featured as a primary setting Unity City, first introduced in The Daleks story Duel of the Daleks, and thus constituted a crossover with the Doctor Who universe. It was also notable for marking the last appearance of Mr Steelman, whose ill will for Lady Penelope and Parker dated back to another crossover comic, 1965's Mr. Steelman.
