The Lawkeepers of Pandrin V were a police force in the Farradian system. After Trenix gave evidence which resulted in the Sinestrans being imprisoned for a significant stretch of time, the Lawkeepers put him into witness protection in 1978 London, giving him an encrypted microparticle multibank communicator in case he needed to make contact with them.
