Le Roi was a member of the French Police force one the trail of the Eighth Doctor and Charlotte Pollard. He was overweight. He thought they killed the Baron and sentenced Charley to the guillotine. He originally was the one who found Khaset in Egypt. (AUDIO: The Mummy Speaks!)
